Chimichurri Beef Burger


2 Soft white rolls (cheese topped if you can)
2 Beef burgers, 100g each Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 OXO Cube
20g Butter
50ml Beefsteak Club Malbec

2 Handful peppery salad leaves

For the chimichurri

1 Red onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 Red chilli, chopped
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
6 tbsp Olive oil
2 Handfuls of flat leaf parsley

Here’s How

Season the burgers with olive oil, salt and pepper. Pre heat a non stick pan and cook the burgers on one side for 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile place the chopped red onion, garlic and chilli into a bowl with the vinegar.

Stir the ingredients together, then add the olive oil and chopped parsley.

Give the chimichurri a final stir and put to one side. Before turning the burger, grate a little of the oxo cube straight onto the beef, then turn. Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, then add the butter and the wine.

When the burgers are cooked serve in the buns and top with salad leaves and the chimichurri.
